MMMP Telehealth Certifications for Flint Residents
Flint residents — from Downtown Flint and Civic Park to Mott Park, Carriage Town, and every neighborhood in Vehicle City — can complete the entire physician evaluation by real-time video from home. Michigan's MMMP requires a physician certification before the $40 state fee and registry card application.
Two separate fees — two separate recipients. The clinic consultation fee is paid at booking and covers your telehealth appointment with the physician. After certification, the $40 MMMP registry fee is paid directly to the state at the MMMP patient portal. The clinic does not collect any portion of the state fee. When the physician certifies online, same-day CRA approval is possible.
