Flint is Vehicle City — the seat of Genesee County and a community of more than 81,000 residents along the Flint River, the city where General Motors was founded in 1908 and where the landmark 1936–37 sit-down strike transformed American labor relations, home to the Flint Institute of Arts, the Sloan Museum of Discovery, and the University of Michigan–Flint. FlintMarijuana.clinic is an online directory and telehealth scheduling platform connecting Flint residents with Michigan-licensed physicians for MMMP certifications.
We are not a medical practice, dispensary, or pharmacy. We connect patients with qualified Michigan-licensed physicians and guide them through the MMMP certification and registration process — from Downtown Flint and Civic Park to Mott Park, Carriage Town, and every Genesee County neighborhood.
Every physician on our platform holds an active Michigan medical license and is qualified to certify patients under the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act through the MMMP system administered by the Cannabis Regulatory Agency.
All telehealth appointments are conducted on HIPAA-compliant platforms. Flint patients' health information is handled with complete confidentiality throughout the process.
Every certification follows CRA requirements. The $40 MMMP registry fee is paid directly to the state at the MMMP patient portal — not to this platform.
Michigan's Medical Marihuana Program (MMMP), administered by the Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) under the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act, works as follows: a Flint patient books a real-time video visit with a Michigan-licensed physician through this platform. The physician evaluates the patient's medical history against Michigan's qualifying conditions. If the patient qualifies, the physician certifies them directly through the MMMP system. Same-day CRA approval is possible when the physician certifies online — the approval email serves as a temporary card for up to 10 days while the physical 2-year card is mailed. The patient then pays the $40 registry fee at the MMMP patient portal directly to the CRA. With the approved card, the patient may purchase at any Michigan-licensed provisioning center statewide.
Michigan legalized recreational cannabis in 2018, but the MMMP continues to offer meaningful advantages. Medical patients are exempt from Michigan's 10% adult-use excise tax at licensed provisioning centers. For Flint residents managing a qualifying chronic condition with regular cannabis use, that exemption often exceeds the cost of the $40 state fee and clinic consultation within a few purchases. Medical card holders may also benefit from higher purchase amounts and additional statutory protections under the Michigan Medical Marihuana Act.
